General information

Dmytro Logvin – conductor and artistic director of the chamber orchestra “Four Seasons”, artistic director of the International Festival of Music Art “Music without Limits”, Honored Artist of Ukraine (2006), People’s Artist of Ukraine (2016), professor of the Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Music named after M. Glinka.

Founder (together with his father, People’s Artist of Ukraine Garry Logvin) and conductor (since 1993), artistic director (since 2001) of the chamber orchestra “Four Seasons”.

Dmytro Logvin conducted symphony orchestras of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, UK, Switzerland and Germany.

The orchestras conducted by Dmytro Logvin performed about 500 concerts with the compositions by I.S. Bach, W.A. Mozart, J. Haydn, L. Beethoven, A. Vivaldi, E. Grieg, P. Tchaikovskiy, D. Bortnyanskiy, D. Shostakovich, I. Stravinskiy, A. Schnittke and by other composers of world and Ukrainian classical music as well as by modern authors.

Many musicians performed with the orchestras led by Dmytro Logvin such as pianists V. Kraynev, K. Nemirovich-Danchenko, G. Silberquit (USA), W. Viardo (USA), Vag Papyan (Israel), I. Chetuyev (Germany), cello players K. Georgiyan (UK), D. Severin (Switzerland), J. Pernoo (France), clarinettists D. Ashkenazi (Switzerland), Alex and Daniel Gurfinkel (Israel), violinists F. Pelyassi, D. Shossar, A. Summ (France), A. Belov (Germany), O. Kurochkin (Germany), B. Brovtsyn (UK) Ukrainian virtuosos B. Pivnenko and Y. Kostrytskyy, horn player B. Mulin, trombonist J. Mauger (France), famous Ukrainian tenor A. Solovyanenko.
