Mariannа Laba – soprano

Graduated from Musical college Uzhgorod (class violin) and at Lviv National Musical Academy named after. M.V. Lysenko both finished with honors. Being a student as a soloist of ensembles “Krynytsia” and “EXCELSIOR” had many concerts in Europe and Canada.

Marianne was working with many musicians such as Matthias Kendlinger, Aydara Toribayeva and so on. For many years, she has been duly representing Ukraine at numerous international forums and festivals, singing in prestigious halls of Europe.

Laureate of the Grand Prix of the rock festival “Taras Bulba” (2008).

In 2011 she was awarded the honorary title “Honored Artist of Ukraine.

М. Laba’s repertoire strikes a variety: from the tabs of the XIII century. to the modern styles of the year, and has about 200 arias from operas, operettas, oratorios, cantatas and more than 300 romances, songs, carols and spirituals in the original languages (Marianna knows 7 languages.).
