Program

The program “Mi palpita il cor” (“My Heart Beats”) is a consolation for a wounded soul and a source of empathy for it. During the performance of well-known Ukrainian musicians specializing in baroque music, you will have the opportunity to dive into bright hope and joy. Music will become a shoulder to cry on, as it allows us to reconsider all the “mysterious barricades” (Couperin), as well as the constant troubles for the better.

The journey through amazing baroque Italy, England, Germany and France will reveal to the listener new sides of human feelings: from the delight of love to the despair of separation and tearful suffering (that’s it, a brief description of the sung text of the program’s pieces). But its main achievement will be the victorious feeling after: I am alive. My heart is beating. We all know who we should thank for it.
