The musicians of the INSO-Lviv orchestra had an extraordinary opportunity to participate in the Fiskars Festival orchestra, which was organized by the Lead foundation. Under the guidance of talented young conductors as well as great masters such as Saraste, Esa Pekka Salonen and James Gaffigan, our musicians improved their skills and gained a truly important and unforgettable experience.

Not only musical exercises and work on playing technique became an important part of this training. Workshops conducted by Sarah Oz provided knowledge and skills in communication, leadership, networking and mental health support, which are important components of professional and personal development.
