The program includes original works and arrangements by Tamara Lukasheva
We invite classical and jazz lovers to the ANIMA concert, which will be a presentation of the CD created by singer and composer Tamara Lukasheva together with the INSO-Lviv Symphony Orchestra conducted by Roman Kreslenko.
Anima means “soul” in Latin. The soul is like air – weightless, invisible, but necessary for all living things. Only the soul is able to organize chaos and breathe in the energy of life. And if life is impossible without the soul, then creativity is even more so.
The result of a long and sincere collaboration between Ukrainian jazz singer Tamara Lukasheva and the INSO-Lviv orchestra is the release of an exclusive double vinyl CD, which the musicians will present at the Lviv National Philharmonic in September. The author’s project of Tamara Lukasheva and the INSO-Lviv Orchestra combines individual sensuality, large-scale orchestral grandeur, and the universal language of jazz with the Ukrainian soul. All stages of the creation of this music-from the initial idea to the final product-took place in Ukraine, making it truly unique.
