In accordance with safety measures against the spread of the COVID-19 disease, many concerts have been cancelled and some were postponed to a later date. Below you can find the necessary information about receiving a refund for your ticket.
- If you booked a ticket online and the event was cancelled, you should have received a refund automatically. If you did not receive a refund, please contact [email protected] (please include your ticket in the email);
- If the event was instead postponed to a later date, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you would like to request a refund, please contact [email protected] and attach your ticket to the email;
- If you booked your ticket at the box office and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected].
