Anna Fedorova is one of the world’s premier young pianists. From an early age, she demonstrated an innate musical maturity and outstanding technical abilities. Her international concert career took off while she was only a child and audiences around the world were “completely taken by surprise, compelled and astonished” by the depth and power of her musical expression.

At over 21 million views, Annas live recording of the Rachmaninoff 2nd Piano Concerto in the Royal Concertgebouw has become the most watched classical concerto on Youtube and is highly praised by many renown musicians. Being the face of the Sunday morning series in season 17/18, she return there annually to perform with orchestras with live streaming on the dutch classical music channel, AvroTros.

Anna has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls of Europe, North and South America, and Asia, including the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Carnegie Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Theatre des Champs Elysees in Paris, the Zurich Tonhalle, the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico, the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, Londons Cadogan Hall, the Vancouver Playhouse, ParisLouis Vuitton Series, the Warsaw Filharmonia, the Gdansk Philharmonic, the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tokyos Bunka Kaikan, the Hamburg Laeiszhalle, Lisbons Belem Cultural Center, and many others. She has also appeared at numerous Music Festivals such as the Verbier Festival, Menuhin Festival Gstaad, Orpheum Music Festival and Musikdorf Ernen (Switzerland), Annecy Classic Festival and Violon sur le sable (France), Ravinia Festival and IKIF (USA), Absolute Classics festival in Scotland, the Rubinstein Piano Festival and Chopin Festival (Poland), the International Piano Festival in Trieste (Italy), The Corfu Festival of Arts (Greece), International Chamber Music Festival Koblenz (Germany) and others.

Having mastered a formidable concerto repertoire, she has been performing with orchestras around the world, including the Philharmonia Orchestra and Royal Philharmonic (London), Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Dallas Symphony, Kyoto Symphony, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony orchestra, and the Tokyo New City Orchestra (Japan), the Netherlands Philharmonic, Residentie Orkest, and the Camerata Amsterdam (Netherlands), Orchestre Lamoureux (France), the Orquestra Filarmonica de Buenos Aires (Argentina), the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne (Switzerland), the Philarmonia of the Nations and the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie (Germany), Orquesta Sinfonica Nacional de Mexico, the Israel Chamber Orchestra.Anna has had the pleasure of performing with great conductors, including Jaap Van Zweden, Jun Markl, Benjamin Zander, Olari Elts, Carlos Miguel Prieto, Christian Schumann, Tatsuya Shimono, Andrew Grams and Martin Panteleev.

Anna has claimed top prizes at numerous international piano competitions, including the International Rubinstein ‘In Memoriam’ piano competition, the Moscow International Frederick Chopin Competition for young pianists, the Lyon Piano Competition, and recently became recipient of the Verbier Festival Academy Award. She is also two-time laureate of the Dorothy MacKenzie Artist Recognition Scholarship Award at the International Keyboards Institute & Festival (New York, USA). Anna graduated with distinction from the Royal College of Music under the guidance of Norma Fischer. She also studied at the prestigious Accademia Pianistica in Imola, Italy with Leonid Margarius, as well as the Lysenko School of Music in Kyiv with Borys Fedorov. She has also received mentorship from world renowned musicians such as Alfred Brendel, Menahem Pressler, Steven Isserlis and Andras Schiff.

As a recording artist, Anna is signed with the Dutch record Channel Classic. There are 3 CDs planned to be released in 2019. Solo CD “The Story Teller”, Rachmaninoff CD with the orchestra of St. Gallen, and a duo CD with violist Dana Zemtsov. After joining Channel Classics Annas solo CD, Four Fantasies” was released shortly after to much critical acclaim. Other CDs include Brahms, Liszt and Chopin, released by the DiscAnnecy Label and the Rachmaninoff CD with Piano Classics. 2016 marked the release of 3 more albums – with Rachmaninoff 3rd piano Concerto and Mussorgsky “Pictures at an Exhibition”, and two duo CDs are – with German Cellist Benedict Kloeckner and works of Chopin and Frank, and with Turkish cellist Jamal Aliyev and works by Russian composers. In the 2015-2016 Anna was the artist in residence in Edesche Concert hall in Ede, Netherlands. In 2017 and 28 she became the artistic director and co-founder of the International Chamber Music Festival, Ede.

Highlights of 2019 included engagements with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Utah Symphony Orchestra, Tangos with Marcelo Nisinman in the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, tours of Japan with the State Symphony Capella of Russia and Brasil with the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, the Sintra Festival in Portugal, and new solo CD release with Channel classic called “Storyteller”.

In 2020, three more CDs will be released with Channel Classics, including an all Rachmaninoff album featuring Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto Nr. 1 and the Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini. Among other highlights of season 2020 are performances with St. Gallen Symphony Orchestra in the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra at the Tokyo Opera City, Szczecin Philharmonic Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, International New Symphony Orchestra Lviv and Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra, performances at West Cork Festival, Cheltenham Festival, a number of performances at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam and tours in Europe, Australia, Japan and Brazil. Anna is going to be an Artist in Residence in Haarlem Philharmonie in season 2020-2021.
