General information
The company was founded in 1986. After winning the Eurovision Song Contest with Ruslana with the Wild Dances project, the whole world learned about the Zhyttia Ballet. Thanks to the creative experience gained over almost 30 years of active concert activity, the Ballet “Life” has become a unique choreographic “laboratory”: a synthesis of ethno authenticity, Eastern European modernism and jazz, and work with modern “street” styles allows us to reflect our stories in the style of “Dance Action”. Each composition of the ballet is not just a dance with elements of drama, it is a theatrical and dance miniature.
