Dr. Reena Kim – teacher, conductor
General information
Dr. Reena Kim has an extensive educational background and experience as a musician and instructor.
She holds a Doctor of Music Arts degree from the America Conservatory of Music. She also holds a Master’s degree of Music and Pedagogy from Northeastern University in Illinois. Dr.Kim has been a member of the Chicago Philharmonic Orchestra and the Chicago City Symphony Orchestra in America. She has held a graduate faculty position at the American Conservatory of Music from 1997-2004. Currently, she is a member of the American Federation of Musicians, and of the Chicago Federation of Musicians. This is Dr.Kim’s fifteenth year at Busan Foreign School.
