Nazar Shutko was born in Kiev in 2005 in the family of musicians.
In 2006 he moved to Lviv, where in 2011 he entered the Lviv S. Krushelnytska State Music Lyceum where he studied with Maria Hereha. After graduating it with honor in 2022 he entered the Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy. Now he is at his 2ndyear and he studies with Prof. Lidia Shutko.
Nazar has performed as a soloist with many Ukrainian orchestras: National Orchestra of the TV and Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine, Lviv Academic Chamber Orchestra “Virtuosos”, Cherkasy Philharmonic Orchestra, Volyn Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra “Cantabile”, Kirovohrad Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra “Concertino”, Chernivtsi Orchestra “Viva la vida”, Mukachevo Orchestra, Mariupol Philharmonic Chamber “Renaissance”, Kherson Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra “Gilea” and others.
He is a prize-winner of several international competitions. Among them Dvarionas International Violin Competition in Vilnius, International Competition “Lviv Virtuoso” in Lviv, International Competition “Muzychny Lystopad” in Mariupol, Kotorovych International Violin Competition in Kyiv.
As a soloist and chamber musician he has performed in Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy.
Since 2014 Nazar has been playing many charity concerts, concerts for soldiers and refugees.
