Olena Kravets – violin

Olena was born it the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. She obtained her musical education at Khmelnytskyi College of Music in the class of Professor Valentyna Schur, and later at Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy at the class of the People’s Artist of Ukraine, Professor Lidia Shutko, graduating in 2019 with Master Diploma with distinction.

Olena has taken part in numerous music festivals and project both in Ukraine and abroad. In 2016 she was awarded the Bayreuth Festival scholarship. She was actively touring with numerous youth orchestras and took part in a number of master-classes, namely, the ones led by Henrik Hochschild, Veselin Parashkevov, Dora Bratchkova, Hans-Peter Hofmann and many others.

Since 2019 Olena has been a violinist in “INSO-Lviv” Symphony Orchestra of the Lviv National Philharmonic Society, as a member of which having taken part in international festivals, namely, “VIRTUOSOS” International Festival of Music Arts, “CONTRASTS” International Festival of Contemporary Music, LvivMozArt International Festival, concert tours in Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany.
