2008 – graduated from Kyiv National Music Academy, class of Professor A.Vlasenko.
2014 – completed artistic training at Warsaw Music University, class of Professor M.Pijarowski.
2011–2013 – Chief Conductor of Academic Chamber Orchestra of Rivne Philharmonic; has collaborated with orchestras from Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Crimea, Odesa, Uzhgorod, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv (Ukraine), Białystok (Poland), and Žilina (Slovakia).
Collaboration with soloists: K.-A. Kulka, O.Krysa, Olga and Natalia Pasichnyk, Jozsef Ormeny, L.Monastyrska.
Since 2012, he has performed as a bayan-player in a duo with his wife, renowned Ukrainian violinist Lidiia Futorska, promoting Ukrainian classical music in Poland, Austria, Germany, Spain, Qatar, Italy, and Cyprus.
Since 2019 Serhii has worked as a conductor of Academic symphony orchestra of Lviv National Philharmonic.
2020 – Initiator of the Family Concerts project.
2020 – Staged the children’s opera “The Heart of Oksana” by Stefania Turkewich.
2023 – Staged the children’s ballet “Adventures of the Girl Vesnianka” by Zhanna Kolodub.
2024–2025 – Rediscovered the Symphony by V. Zaderatskyi. The premiere took place at Dovzhenko Cinema Palace in Lviv.
He devotes a significant part of his activity to digitizing Ukrainian musical heritage, including works by L. Kolodub, V. Kosenko, and A. Kos-Anatolsky.
2024 – Editor of the updated edition of “Heroic Overture” by Viktor Kosenko.
He actively develops social projects aimed at involving children in inclusive philharmonic arts and fostering their aesthetic education.
2025 – Together with Lviv Philharmonic Orchestra and soloist Rafael Seral (guitar), he recorded the “Latin Muses” album, which received a Latin Grammy award.
