Serhiy Khorovets – conductor

General information

Serhiy Khorovets – a highly professional young initiative Ukrainian conductor.

2008 – graduated from Petro Chaikovskyi Kyiv National music academy, class of prof. A. Vlasenko.

2014 – artistic training at Warsaw music university, class of prof. M. Pijarowski.

2011-2013 – the chief conductor Academic chamber orchestra in Rivne philharmonic, co-worked with orchestras from Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Crimea, Odessa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv (Ukraine), Bialystok (Poland), Zilina (Slovakia).

Collaboration with soloists: K-A. Kulka, O. Krysa, Olga and Natalia Pasichnyk, Jozsef Ormeny, V. Neselovsky.

Since 2012 performs as a bayan player in duet with his wife, a famous Ukrainian violinist Lidia Futorska, popularizing the Ukrainian classical music in Poland, Austria, Germany, Spain, Katar, Italy and Cyprus.

Since 2019 Serhiy works as a conductor of Academic symphonic orchestra of Lviv National philharmonic.
