Varvara Vasylieva – violin

General information

Varvara Vasylieva is a young Ukrainian violinist. She began playing scripts at the age of four, studied at KSSMSH them. Lysenko in the classical pedagogy of Vadym Borysov and Yaroslava Rivnyak, now continues his studies at NMAU. Tchaikovsky in the class of Olga Rivnyak.

Varvara has participated in music festivals in Austria, Georgia, Israel, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland; since 2017 he has been a member of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine.

Among her creative achievements – victories in international competitions: IX International Violin Contest “Bravo!” (Namur, Belgium), III All-Ukrainian Violin Competition (Lviv), Odessa International Violin Competition, Ysaye International Music Competition (Liege, Belgium). Varvara was a participant in master classes of leading teachers and musicians, including Oleg Kaskiv, Alexander Brusilovsky, Boris Garlytsky, Valery Sokolov, Alexei Semenenko.

In Ukraine she conducts active concert activities as a soloist, as well as in chamber ensembles and orchestras.
