The legendary Carmina Burana by Carl Orff on the stage of the Lviv Philharmonic is an event you cannot miss!

Philosophy and mysticism, simplicity and luxury, the earthly and the spiritual are combined in a large-scale stage cantata that brought its author worldwide fame. The central symbol of the work is the Wheel of Fortune, which represents both cyclicality and infinity. Human nature strives for joy and pleasure, but serenity always alternates with drama and misfortune, and wealth and luck never last forever. Orff’s vivid and super-emotional music leaves no listener indifferent: its motifs are permanently embedded in the memory, and its powerful energy leaves its mark on the heart forever.

“Carmina Burana” interpreted by the INSO-Lviv Symphony Orchestra and the Dumka Chapel under Raymond Janssen’s direction has repeatedly received applause from the audience of the largest concert halls in the Netherlands. Do not miss the opportunity to hear Orff’s cantata live performed by the best Ukrainian musicians exclusively on the stage of the Lviv National Philharmonic.
