Program

Lviv National Philharmonic and the Student Scientific and Creative Society “Octopus” is organizing a large-scale all-Ukrainian master class for symphonic conductors. The unique cooperation of a state institution with students of music universities in Ukraine is the first step towards creating an educational platform for acquiring the practical skills of young musicians.

Young talented conductors will be able to gain knowledge from an experienced conductor, master class mentor Theodore Kuchar, explore the issue of feeling the balance of sound, work in detail on manual technique, learn the subtleties of the psychology of the conductor’s influence on the orchestra, develop the ability to inspire orchestra members to create music.

And they will embody this knowledge using the example of the most famous symphonic works! Come to the concert and feel the orchestral power and the joy of the celebration of music.
