Following the Mozart Days in January, this concert will surprise the audience with three masterpieces by the brilliant Austrian composer. The work of the brilliant composer will be celebrated by the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Luhansk Regional Philharmonic, which, together with young virtuoso soloists and mature performers, will join the celebrations.
The work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart remains a symbol of classical music to this day. In the program, you will hear, in particular, Mozart’s special Concerto for Two Pianos: just imagine, two pianos and two soloists opposite the entire orchestra. The communication of two is sometimes intimate, sometimes very vivid. Among Mozart’s 27 piano concertos, there are only two double ones, and Mozart himself called the E-flat major concerto “the second”. The composer wrote it in 1799 for himself and his older sister Nannerl (Maria Anna), who, like Wolfgang, was a very talented musician.
