Premieres Night 3.0

Friday 26.04.2024 / 19:00

Концертний зал Людкевича

150–350

Program

It’s no secret that every concert at the Philharmonic is truly unique because every time the musicians prepare new programs for the audience. But premieres occupy a special place among the works. To entrust the first performance of one’s brainchild is a sign of great affection and respect from the composer, and we are proud that hundreds of Ukrainian and world premieres have been performed in the Philharmonic. This is what inspired the idea of the Premieres Nights, the first of which took place with great success in September 2023, and the second happened in early February 2024.

This time, the Lviv National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in tandem with soloists Iryna Kliuchkovska, Lidiia Futorska, Ivanna Hetto, Modest Mentsinskyi, and conductor Serhii Khorovets will present the latest works by our foreign contemporaries, as well as a well-known, though rarely performed on Ukrainian stages, composition by Ukrainian artist Myroslav Skoryk.

So what should you prepare for? To get new impressions, new sound, and experience participation in the most important events for musical works – their premieres!
