True friends, like true art, stay by your side in the most challenging times.

This statement is proved by the powerful friendship of the Ukrainian and Polish peoples, cemented by the unquestionable support of Poland and its highest state and cultural institutions, in particular during the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Therefore, on the Independence Day of Poland, the Myroslav Skoryk Lviv National Philharmonic is happy to congratulate the Polish people on this significant occasion!

We would also like to thank our constant partners: the PWM Edition, the Society of Authors ZAiKS, the “Pro Musica Viva” Foundation, the “Renes Art” Foundation, the “Phasma Music” Foundation, the “Kameny” Art Agency, the “Aid to Poles in the East” Foundation, the Polish-Ukrainian Foundation of Ignacy Jan Paderewski, Instytut Sztuki PAN, Towarzystwo Muzyczne im. Karola Szymanowskiego, General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Lviv, media Kurier Galicyjski, Radio Szczecin.

We thank the brave and highly professional Polish artists who were not afraid to come to Ukraine and perform on our stage this year – conductor Vincent Kozlovsky, harpsichordist Urszula Stawicka, flautist Maria Peradzynska, cellist Tomasz Strahl, pianists Andrzej Wierciński and Sławomir Wilk. We would like to thank our regular contributors from Poland, Pawel Osuchowski, Bronislawa Falinska and Irena Wilchek-Sowa. Furthermore, we believe in our productive cooperation for joint victory!

Of course, we also express our sincere gratitude to the listeners from Poland, who join our concerts online and thereby contribute to the further development of Polish-Ukrainian relations.

Razem do zwycięstwa!
